Teck help! Can you post pictures with cell phone?!

I been looking and looking trying to figure out how to post pictures on this forum using my cell phone I don't have a computer..
Is this a possibility???!!!

Update. Figured out how to send.
BUT it keeps telling me picture is to Big.
I got in and put it as low as u could and Still to BIG ROFCrying;,(

Ok just in case anyone else needs to know.
My cell is OLD/LIKE BENNY HILL! LOL
You must have an updated phone to size down, or someone that has a cell that will size and send back to you..
