Thanks to all who replied and gave helpful information. I sprayed the bolts on the brake cover with bolt loosener and beat the cam shaft back somewhat and finally got to the last bolt. After removing all bolts, i tapped a screwdriver in between cover and brake housing and after working my way around...

i have a service manual i got from Hoye and it has diagram showing all parts. I guess i'm just gonna have to try harder to loosen camshaft with hammer and force it to move so i can get to bolt. thanks

my 1987 ym276d right rear wheel will not turn. i removed all the bolts on the brake cover except the bottom bolt which is located directly behing the brake camshaft connector which also will not move.
